Found out I'm officially lactose intolerant after eating a bowl of cereal on Monday. I can't consume milk by itself anymore. It has to be in yogurt or fused heavily with another food like milkshakes.

200g protein, 250 carb, 150 fat Just eat chickpeas, tuna, salmon, yoghurt, milk, nuts and grains and raisins . Clean and basic, eat 2/3 of that for a cut.
hard to disagree if you want low carb / high protein on a cut there's not a massive amount of room to move. add some baked beans and off you go.
looking to get into personal training maybe on the side, anyone here a certified personal trainer?

Milkshakes are OK tho?
that’s like pure dairy
i said it before but hanging knee raises in the gym like 4x30 with the last set being til failure hits
and then like 3x (50 crunches, 20 reverse crunches, double crunches til failure, minute rest) hits so hard it’s a cheat code imo
one long set of bicycle crunches til failure for obliques usually
i don’t really ever do weight training targeting my abs but maybe thats more effective idk

I tested it out. I eat cereal, and I'm bloated like hell with gross farts. Even "healthy cereal" doesn't help.
I use the same milk with fruits, veggies, and even protein powder, but I don't get bloated at all. I feel fine
It confuses me too.

You should talk to a dietician about testing out an elimination diet to determine which foods trigger you. I did last year and it gave me a lot of clarity re: which foods to avoid.
edit: forgot to mention that I too am lactose intolerant
And upon review it could be a gluten intolerance? Like it might not be the dairy products that your body is reacting to but the gluten in the cereals youre eating.
I ain’t gon lie I ain’t do s*** this week
