    Because I want to complain about people that rest 2+ minutes between sets and play with their phone while working with cables.

    If the rest time is more than lifting time good luck making progress

    I dont really care tho I switch up the exercise order all the time. if a machine is not free I go do something else. Imagine wasting time at the gym waiting!

    Optimal rest time is 3 minutes
