    I’m in the US I need a site or something but I’m sure they probably check packages from countries like that and I’m not sure what the legality of those are or if they’re just banned for pro athletes

    What happened to all of the atheleyes getting them from Florida I don’t need to be a body builder I just don’t wanna be a stick figure

    I don't think steroids can retain muscle on a stick figure if the muscle ain't already there. Are you planning to go to gym to work out also?

    I don't think steroids can retain muscle on a stick figure if the muscle ain't already there. Are you planning to go to gym to work out also?

    I have 2 adjustable dumbbells that go from 10-50 pounds each have been following muscle building YouTube tutorials with them and see that you should give your muscles a break and not work out every day but when I do that I feel I lose progress I’ve made maybe because my metabolism moves at light speed I’m not sure

    Want to make some solid progress before I start going to an actual gym

    I have 2 adjustable dumbbells that go from 10-50 pounds each have been following muscle building YouTube tutorials with them and see that you should give your muscles a break and not work out every day but when I do that I feel I lose progress I’ve made maybe because my metabolism moves at light speed I’m not sure

    Want to make some solid progress before I start going to an actual gym

    drop the cookie cutter approach, pick the exercises you like and hit every muscle group as often as you can multiple times a day dozens times a week

    Best bet is to join a gym and workout once/twice a week with a personal trainer. Workout with them for 3 months minimum and you’ll be set.
