might need a week off from the gym i go 5 days a week with only 1 rest day in between will do a deload this week because i was going heavy the last 2
Its gym 6 times, 3 times football and 1 time bootcamp. Football gym combo works out easily, except this week I also had futsal which made it a little more rough

I either badly sprained or tore my right pec. I have bruising on my chest and my upper arm. My doctor referred me to orthopedic specialist. I am praying it is just a bad sprain, I don’t want to have surgery.
