i always do it with dumb bells RARELY I USE A BAR i get more better angle on dumb bells

Careful, your muscles grow faster than ligaments and tendons, no rest will result in higher muscle growth but also more stress on those parts, due to both larger muscles and high usage

Active rest day is good. I know we don’t want to take them but you need to let your body recover to avoid injuries. Just be careful!
