is it worth it to do designated forearm workouts? i alr do hammer curls 2-3 times a week but i just recently implemented reverse ez-bar curls. not sure if i should just throw em in the end on bicep days

i would throw in maybe one specific forearm curl with high reps, low weight and fast rest times.
they get hit a lot during your pull workouts but it’s good to isolate them a little as well.

I dont take it cause It didnt do s*** for me but it probably helps you lift and raises your testosterone and if you are susceptible to balding then it might accelerate it but that's life man you be alright, just do it ✓ you cant deny your test levels it's gonna hinder the gains
Increases ur dht which can cause hairloss. Also, read a lot of comments on reddit that people experienced it soon after creatine, aint fkn gonna risk it

Break up that warm up set then challenge yourself on the working sets.
Here’s what I do with dumbbells for chest
3 x 10 40/45/50 warmup (45%-50% max)
3 x 10 70/75/80 working (70%-80%max)
Same mindset can be applied to using a bar where week by week you’re adding 2.5-5 pounds to your weights on working sets. Then once you can rep that last working set, increasing again, then boom, one day you lifting 225

Yessir, haven’t used a bar for bench in years. Dumbbells just allow a deeper contraction I could never get with the bar and my chest has been thanking me
started hitting the gym again and im loving it. motivation is back and im still able to hit the same weights despite of working out while fasting
