Do you do any other exercises for chest, shoulders and triceps? I do incline dumbbell press, dumbbell shoulder press and close-grip bench and I see steady increases on my bench

Only got one at my gym as well, but luckily almost no one uses it. You can still use dumbells though
love it so much, amazing workout for arms and back

didnāt binge eat, ate slightly above my goal so i could hit my protein (but still below my maintenance) so iām still in a deficit. slept damn near all day after i posted this but up and walking to finish off my 10k steps and hit a push workout the morning before this

I feel good but had very intense dreams, prob from getting so tired yesterday and not getting too much sleep before that. maybe unrelated
