How do I get more weight up on bench
Do a bench program. Hit and focus on percentages and know your true max.
Ex 5x10 of 60% of your bench max
If you’re over 30 you are old enough to know the gym is the last place anybody wants to be approached
Literally 1,001 other places you could choose to approach a female the gym ain’t it

Establish a rapport by saying Helllo and making small talk every time you see whoever? And incrementally build on that relationship if it’s natural?
It’s not exactly rocket science, but if you’re worried about coming off as a creep that’s probably a testament to your intentions and might be something you should put a greater lens on when speaking to people.
