Wtf are the sales people at LA fitness there for? Like I don’t understand what they are actually selling. Cause if you just wanted a plan you just buy it online… can anyone enlighten me

i actually am! so basically my job is to convince people to sign up that are guests or new to the area or whatever that are maybe stopping in for the first time to basically secure them into a plan before they change their mind

we actually get more memberships in person than online and anecdotally it feels like most new members kinda need to be convinced before they commit
