It's difficult because when I had it on my hip, I took a lot of rest and continued directly when it "felt" good. Now with my knee, I went on training camp with my team first week of january. Trainings were fine and then 1 moment in a match 2 days later f***ed it up again. So I've been taking rest the last few weeks, building up running again and doing exercises I got from my physio. But the knee is such a though area.

ye, i always err on the side of caution regarding injuries but that's from my personal experience. w/e u do i hope it works out and u begin to feel better

Going to start introducing carb refeeds once a week to fight metabolic slowdown
Going to do 1 free meal every 2 weeks as well
5 hour refeed once a week
Free meal every 2 weeks
i think some people recommend putting a scoop of amino acids in your water for lifts. i believe it is hypothetically supposed to help with the issue you are facing.

Increase low glycemic foods. Whole wheat oatmeal (not instant) cereal/bread/pasta, nonfat or low fat Greek yogurt, high fiber nuts/vegetables, lean meats, eggs, and fruits (mainly berries, apples, tomato juice, oranges, peaches & plums)
Ya what’s missing from here for me is greek yogurt and fruits so i’m gonna incorporate that as a snack

u can think of it like a mini bulk in the middle of a long term cut to give your body some respite from the constant "underfeeding"
typically its one day every couple weeks but can be even shorter like hes doing with just a few hours a week
