I can’t listen to music at all tbh. The stimulation from that is distracting from the workout, I need to listen to people talking about something if I’m listening to something like a podcast or video essay

Silver lining: my appetite’s more or less stayed the same through this, which really does hammer home the fact 80% of your results in “weight” really does come from the kitchen.
