rap is the majority of my gym playlist but i was working out to sza’s album a few days ago
sometimes i like to workout to the gayest pop music you’ve ever heard
sometimes rock music/psychedelic
man my university's gym is f***ing crazy man. Just baddies everywhere

basically yes, but i also walked a lot during those 4 days.
lyle mcdonald wrote a book "the rapid fat loss handbook" going over this crash diet, which is effective, but it's pretty brutal, and you can gain a lot back coming off the diet if you're not careful. or you can crash and burn and eat it back when you fail. depending on how much fat you have there's structured breaks, free meals, and carb refeeds built into if you're going long term. you'd have to have a lot of fat to go 6 months i'd think.
but he wrote a 4 day version of it which removed some stuff and added a lot of walking which is what i did. and i didn't even do as much walking as i wanted to
absolutely would not recommend the 4 day version to lose weight. i did it for a few other reasons tho.
