overall health and wellness and more size+strength. 165 likely my ideal weight with that extra 10lbs being pure muscle
i almost got as many fractures as fingers and toes, so pain-free health into older age is real important to me. I seen what chronic pain turned my father in to. so being strong throughout a big range of motion is key to that imo
I’d assume yogas hood for that keeping your muscles loose and flexible
I read Tom Brady’s book on pliability too don’t know how viable it is

yeah im naturally skinny, i was a skinny jit my whole childhood up until like 10th grade
high school i wasnt chubby but was skinny fat/had a lil mass on me
college is when i really got fat as f***/the heaviest ive ever been 260ish (was eating wendys 5 days a week no bullshit/drinking mad beer every weekend)
then i went down to 217 by running everyday for an hour and eating nothing but clean food
then i got up to 260ish again a little over 2 years ago, but then started lifting like 2 years ago
now im at 238 and have some muscle definition but also got fat on me as well
