I f***ing fumbled it so hard today at the gym
I have a cold n thought I could sweat it out but it was terrible and couldn't complete my sets so I stopped in the middle and f***ing left. Now I'm depressed :cryfam :
Should've stayed home and rested but the gym is my only solace that's taking my mind off my heartbreak and f*** man

having no zero days is such a key thing in life
but next time dont go lift at the f***in gym when you're SICK you gonna get everyone else sick too!
next time do a lighter bodyweight workout at home or go for a run or something
so like props for still working out, but not at the gym fom you just spreading disease

never work out while sick, home or at the gym. you're expending energy your body needs to fight off whatever virus you're facing. you learned ya lesson though

i always do , especially because i feel like it allows me to move better and get a deeper work out in . it’s like a mini warm up to a warm up .
