Think imma give this type of training a shot for my lower body in the next year. (dude did 525 bodyweight squats in a set)

My knee still not fully recovered from the crash and following surgery, and I think this might be a piece of the puzzle in getting it closer to 100%. I never was able to safely go hard with heavy weights even before the accident so yeah.
phil heath 2011 is actually insane, put that against anyone in the current olympia lineup and it would smoke them
did 495 today. hit it but not at good depth, needed to be a tiny bit lower. also squatted w bad form, bent at the knee rather than hinging @ the hip which affected my depth and hurt my knee a little.
w a couple adjustments and less nervousness i think i can add on quite a bit more. looking fwd to it 😝
