Would recommend different angles or different methods of tricep exercises. Switch your grip since the angle of your wrist makes no difference to your tricep, only the position of your elbows.
Try close grip bench press, cable kickbacks (low weight/high rep), and dumbbell pullovers. Also you can warmup the triceps with bands and stretches before working out
