Jumping rope is killer
used to love this as a kid but I can't even do 10 mins straight anymore yet I can run an hour
WSOTD:

had this on repeat I do not know why I just always loved this song lol.
Man, working out on barely any sleep is NOT the move!
(I was up late at a friend's studio session in brooklyn lmao)
never making that mistake again

I think his minimalist 2x full body per week routine is on YT, too.
Watched an a***ysis of his programm by Natural Hypertrophy and he thinks the programming is really good unlike most fitness YTers who are trying to promote their s***
Started the 4x a week programm in this doc today and really fw it. 1-2 exercise per muscle group + only 2 sets seems little but Im sure he knows what hes doing
Interesting, how do you like it so far? That sounds like something I would like to try in the future
Im bought the hypertrophy beginner program, doing the 3x full body routine now. Im on week 5 atm and find it enjoyable.
I really like it so far since I have a busy lifestyle and am really not someone that lives for the gym but still wants to be fit lol
this seems kinda fire tbh. the 5x week looks nice. how long does each lift usually take you?
I train at home so I gotta change the weight (doing some alternative variations also) and all dat but I think a whole workout would take you around 45 mins to 1 hour in a gym

I‘m glad you fw it.
Yeah the whole philosophy of the workout programm is to do what's really needed and not more than that. You can maybe add 1 set if you feel like you want to do more.
Tweaked my lower back earlier this week
last time this happened to me was years ago in college and it took months to recover. Hopefully this one heals quicker

better months than years, better weeks than days, etc.
taking adequate time to recover from injuries is all part of the game, be careful bout pushing too hard too fast

I think the mistake I made in college was trying to get back in the gym before I was 100% healed and I hurt it again. Definitely don’t want to make that mistake again. But I’m also doing a lot more stretching these days so I’m hoping to rest and recover in a month
