Does anyone know any good books that focus on biomechanics and/or skeletal tissue mechanics? Looking to gain a deeper understanding of how my body moves and functions, I have a basic knowledge of human anatomy and physiology so ideally not something super advanced
Working out shouldn't cause that, you may be on the right track with increased hydration. Are you eating enough?

Doesn’t really get much better than this. Straightforward with lots of pictures. I have the 2nd edition which only costs $5 and have had it since I started lifting. He also has a bunch of other books for training routines, focused on women, abs, arms, or workout routines.

Bro I went to the gym even on thanksgiving Morning thinking it would be empty as f*** and It was still packed
Been a huge fan of interval running since I took this equinox class
Normal running at the same pace seems so boring now + you burn more calories
Been going to equinox the last 6 months, I can’t go back to a cheap overcrowded gym ever again

Membership is not even that expensive. I pay $315/month but that’s literally the highest tier and I travel a lot so I need it. If you just select your local one, it’s probably under $200. Ppl spend way more than that on doordash every month.
It’s more of an investment on wellness than just working out. Highly recommend
