Not Apple Watch. Fitbit, way cheaper. Helps me keep better track of how many steps but definitely not necessary. If you got bread go for it

lol same exercises as most traditional lifting workouts tbh just coupled with more cardio/HIIT than most lifters do; i also only do full-body workouts when i hit the gym
it was more of a meme tbh but the folks i work out with ALWAYS get results regardless of starting point😳
