Ive been slowly losing weight for like a year straight so no gains here
And Ive never been a healthy eater either but id stick to wraps, pasta, rice & fake meats. For the wraps and pasta u could look for protein ones. Obv tofu & seitan aswell. Beans and nuts too. Nuts have crazy amounts of calories

Maybe I will just get toned at 160 then
Eating is a necessity for recovery. Proper nutrition = maximum recovery. Eat before, during, and after training for the most recovery benefits and your body will thank you
Appreciate the advice, I'm at the point of where I wanna be physically bar the abs

Glad I can offer advice in any way, we all in this together. Dawg when I was at 15% BF I could see my abs clearly defined. Proper nutrition balance/timing will aid your recovery and boost your workouts, leading to you getting the most out of your gains
The main thing is try not to stay sedentary and your body will respond (i.e. stay active doing something to avoid naps unless really necessary and try to stay up until bedtime. This is the method many pro bodybuilders follow)

Went from a size L to a size M proud of myself but

Anyone else dislike working out in an empty gym? I mean it being packed and not having direct access to the machines/weights u wanna hit sucks too but I need the motivation around me or I get bored as s***

The emptier it is, the better it is for me. I don’t find other people being in the gym as motivation unless they’re lifting with me.
WSOTD:

Week 4 over.
longest most consistent streak I've had in keeping up with a workout routine without falling off the wagon.
Means a lot cause I had a bad morning prior to going outside.
Anyone have an recs on stretching and warm up routines? I always feel like I don’t stretch enough. And I would like to implement some new s*** even on my rest days.

I enjoy those weekends spent at the gym when it’s the most empty time of week
I get my workouts done quicker and more efficiently. Also can take my time on certain machines without the pressure of other ppl breathing down my neck asking how many more sets I have left.

When you gotta start wearing a belt with those size 29 jeans
not seeing any progress in the mirror nor the scale gets to my motivation
Mood. I am getting back into trying to work out daily as a routine so I see consistent progress and eat more

When its empty I like to speed run a bit so like get in and out in a hour hit all areas. When its full I take more time not as rushed and as you said more motivation
