I get so tired whenever I workout or do sports. I’m so unfit

finally went back to the gym today
last time i went was like end of may/beginning of june?
and i feel better physically and mentally than i have the past 2-3 months s***s actually crazy
Went to the gym after 10 days and I feel weak as s***, guess cause i wasnt eating right either while healing from my wisdom tooth

Got a tooth (not wisdom) pulled yesterday, still aint missed a beat. Definitely not letting up on my birthday.

Dont think so but def work on your cardio. You shouldnt get tired that easily

Idk, i read reviews, people say 2 scoops is too much and is a strong prewo in general but i feel nothing

If I am trying to stay vegan and am like 150-160 max. I am getting back into cooking do you recommend the weight gainers I can add to my shake. Want to gain more weight and be sure I am getting daily calorie intake @op

Personally dont use weightgainers but u can def use em or make them yourself with some calorie dense ingredients if you wanna reach your calories easier
