    thought i had finally gone thru all the muscle sores but yesterday i trained adductors & abductors for the first time and i literally can’t move anymore

    any help?

    Soreness in the adductors and abductors are some of the worst lol. Last time I worked on those I couldn’t open my legs for days so I was walking like a penguin wearing skinny jeans

    I keep getting lower back pain after squats and it's f***ing annoying.

    i've been working on my correcting my form and do a good job along with wearing a belt and knee straps but I feel like it just takes one slight struggle on a rep to hurt

    it's frustrating as hell, I've been going heavier on squats lately but might just revert back to doing hack squats all the time instead of alternating in between every other leg day

    i havent been consistent but im back on it. My back has never been stronger/more muscular everything else is weak again. Even the legs man, I just want to get to 225x10 with solid mobility
