grinding tbh ain’t much to say
cutting back down after gaining some of my lost weight back 
grinded for months for a music festival, came home and fell off track a bit but we back up now

for anyone that does bulgarian split squats:
do you do both legs back to back with no rest (like doing 10 reps on left then 10 reps on right immediately after), or do you rest in between (like doing 10 reps on left, resting for a min, then 10 reps on right). i always did it with no rest, but ive recently started resting a bit in between each leg and i feel like my strength and quality of sets has gone up. im wondering if thats like cheating or some s*** lmao

switched from myfitnesspal to Lose It after a decade of MFP and it’s much better, more intuitive, easier to use. the new myfitnesspal design was the last straw for me

was doing dumbbell shoulder presses and my left arm gave out and my arm fell backwards while still holding onto the dumbbell and now my left shoulder is in pain

dont cut. try and maintain your current bodyweight.
work out your TDEE. and in the gym, progressively overload. 1g of protein/lb of bodyweight. load carbs 1h before your workout. you'll body recomp in like 2 years.

I’m not my diets been on and off but my issue is definitely not eating enough vs eating too much. I feel like I rarely exceed 2300 or so calories a day.

If you feel you’re not eating enough ur definitely not counting. What’s your TDEE maintenance? Use a TDEE calculator online.
Easiest way to get to your calorie intake is by mixing protein powder with instant oats in milk or water and drinking it.
if you want a good body it’s not gonna take a few months. unless you start doing tren. Having a good body takes time. It took me a good 5 years to get to where I wanted to be.
And that’s through dedication and consistency. I track my workouts; weigh my foods and track my calories; I say no to alcohol or any drinks with calories; I make sure I lift heavy and progressively overload by adding a rep or set to each exercise each week. I give myself a week off every 3 months from this.
