Like bread, rice, everything got sugar lol. I watch my cals ofc.
I been eating this greek yogurt frozen stick which got 11g sugar and 100 cals, within my daily needs. So good
If you have to snack on junk a little to make calorie goals that's ok.
Long as it doesn't make up the bulk of your food.
Also try Skyr yogurt, damn near pure protein

Sugar alcohol substitutes can help sweet tooth cravings but overall as long as calories out> calories in you should be good no matter what
Just keep your focus on an overall calorie deficit and keep protein intake high
for anyone that does bulgarian split squats:
do you do both legs back to back with no rest (like doing 10 reps on left then 10 reps on right immediately after), or do you rest in between (like doing 10 reps on left, resting for a min, then 10 reps on right). i always did it with no rest, but ive recently started resting a bit in between each leg and i feel like my strength and quality of sets has gone up. im wondering if thats like cheating or some s*** lmao
