Once a week: zinc, B12
Man I’ve been working out and tryna eat healthy and lose weight since June 2020 and I haven’t been able to get lower then 164 pounds when I hit that in August 2020….. whether cus s*** came up and I stopped going to gym or stress eating…..
I could never go lower then 164 and I’ve been struggling mentally the past week and man….. I just weighed myself and I’m at 162
Literally brought tears to my eyes man. Never been happy with the way I look and the fact I’m starting to see some results makes me happy man
I’ve def not where I want to be weight wise but I’m getting there and it’s so exciting
I was at 193 pounds in June and now I’m down 31 pounds
I’m tryna hit at least 150 and we getting closer 🥺🥺🥺🥺
I’m at a little under 155 (154.8 to be exact lol) pounds now
Down 37 pounds!
It’s wild. I’ve been getting compliments about how much weight I’ve lost and how good I look (from dudes and girls lol)
I def feel more confident and it feels like girls are lowkey starting to pay attention to me (or it could be in my head lol). But I swear girls at work are starting to talk to me more or give me looks
But regardless, I’m really starting to notice my hard work has been paying off with gym 3 times a week and eating healthy
Every time I go to the gym, I post a selfie in the locker room at the gym on my IG stories and I looked at the FIRST selfie from when I started my fitness journey (June 2020) and WOW I was a thicc boi 😳.... I didn’t think I was that bad but looking at that June 2020 pic and my gym selfie today WOW. My chest doesn’t look so fat and my skin on my forehead has cleared and I’m obvi skinnier
It’s crazy
Still on my journey to 150 but we’ll get there!
Tired of having no shoulders, what do you guys recommend doing?
Lateral raise to front raise
Arnold press

15mg zinc 1mg copper
there ain't really that much danger to taking it everyday as long as it ain't a real high dose, it just puts your immune system on overdrive and can lower some other things like copper and good hdl cholesterol
a lot of medical professionals treat it as like a seasonal supplement during flu szn and stuff like that

give it a shot and see how it feels. my doc said to take 400mg mag glycinate and that's 3 pills a day so you could just take one and see how you feel. he really hyped em up and after my own research it really seems like a great vitamin to take so yeah.

Went to gym at 4:40am in the morning then later on at 12:20am past midnight.
There's no way I could of done front squat of
170 x 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 right after deadlift session. Muscles were fried, mind was broken and I felt sick.
Definitely would of done probably 6 maybe 5 reps topset.
I do squats after deadlifts even tho ppl say it’s bad .

dumbbell lateral raises
cable lateral raises
seated overhead press
i find my (front) delts get a lot of action from chest movements so i stick to overloading those and don’t overcomplicate it
