Yo so i got questions. I recently got surgery for my acl and i just began to start walking again. I can lift dumb bells sitting down (I only have 10 pound dumb bells tho) I can do planks, Push ups, and mainly a bunch of simple core workouts. give me some work outs i can do daily

I switched gyms just because of that, that s*** gets old fast. We're grown men, not high school football players in the weight room.
Also it scares the b****es away too, old gym had ZERO women.
New gym mostly women now lol.

If you’re lifting hard you’re bound to make some kind of noise/sounds.
There’s a difference between that and them obnoxious niggas who just be screaming for attention tho. They’re the equivalent of the girls who come in the gym with Booty cheeks hanging out and full make up. Attention seeking

silk protein milk that’s 20g of protein per serving
aldi protein waffles and cinnamon french toast sticks
Gonna add the milk but the quest chips r fkn expensive compared to quantity
Gaining weight pretty slow but very clean,diet is nice and its pretty much all muscle
