Yeah weighted pull ups
That's literally why
Pull ups are trap dominant.
I suggest switching to pendlay rows.
They work the upper and middle back.
Why canโt I get low enough on my squats
You probably don't have enough ankle mobility.
You have three choices buy squat shoes
Or
Get a squat ramp

Or
In my case we use 1" mats at the gym and I place the front of my heel on the edge of the matt if that makes sense.
This mimicks the incline of squat shoes
I know some people see this as a crutch but if don't use the mat, I will not be able to squat to depth.

Dropped 10lb plate on foot while loading bar during squats. Foot feels back to normal after 10 min idk if keep squatting or call if god damn it this is the worst
