    I've been bulking and its been going alright. I've heard that bodybuilders deal with body dysmorphia at a high rate. I dont think I have it but when I look in the mirror, a lot of the time I have stuff I want to change. It's about balance.

    To piggyback off of this, I posted a gym pic or whatever and somebody said replied to the story saying basically "you need to gain weight" jokingly, it wasnt malicious but it's so stupid to say that. i’m not triggered or whatever but like bro why you think i’m in here?

    Sit ups/crunches , hangin on the bar leg raises also doing that side to side bycles, like laying putting me knees to my chest, the crunch machine this also to the side

    I do all these s***s with 40s breaks in between
