Low-key don't like eating a lot of food.
I've eaten 4000 calories a day before, not recommended.
I literally had 6 cans of canned mackerel and one protein drink from 7/11.
As long as there's no liquid calories it's OK, otherwise I'm starving all day.
Lucky, some people just have less ghrelin. I don’t bulk ever but naturally my hunger is enough to easily eat 3500 cals a day. Like 4k would be nothing for me mentally.
I do at most 2600 average when I’m not cutting but even that I gotta be super conscious of my eating Bc if I go full intuitive I’d be at way higher.

Make this but with chicken breasts
I'm adding lettuce, turkey bacon and Swiss cheese and I'm using a small amount of ranch or cilantro ranch dressing for the suace. Also only use a little this is already pretty wet.
I tried garlic sauce and sweet Chilli but honestly for an American pallet it tasted strange.
I also use low carb tortillas and fat free plain Greek yogurt. It's pretty lean and packed with protein. I eat a 1lb 1/4 of chicken per day.

And my chicken portion doesn’t fit into one wrap, I would have to make two but then that’s mad carbs

I been loving wraps for a minute. Used to eat rice at night but too carb heavy/made me feel too sluggish (when I cut i intermittent fast) and a large low carb wrap which is around 150-170 cals is perfect

Yeah I do IF everyday and use the wraps in the same manner except more for a late breakfast to break my fast.
I agree that normal carbs have me feeling sluggish so it’s nice to have an alternative that satisfies the carb urge.
Been trying to get my friends and fam on them even if they aren’t strict with their diets so they can enjoy the same benefits.
Have gone back to my 30min and 1hour airbike rides instead of jogging/running and this is pain 😩 but in a good way. I feel weird as it’s more efficient but feel like I’m doing less work than when I run.
Felt a little pain in my left knee and it’s been raining a lot recently and the terrain has been terrible so I’m appreciative of the low impact that the HIIIT machines have on my body compared to running.
Hope to run in a month or two to mix it up again.
