I did this for a while when i first started but ended up switching to traditional bench presses eventually. Just feels like i have more balance and control which helps lifting heavier easier
i do more with free weights then the bench also i do switch it up

Low-key don't like eating a lot of food.
I've eaten 4000 calories a day before, not recommended.
I literally had 6 cans of canned mackerel and one protein drink from 7/11.
As long as there's no liquid calories it's OK, otherwise I'm starving all day.
My run has been f***ed for like 2+ years straight. Gotta get this s*** checked out.
