How the f*** do i bulk up.Had a surgery about a year ago and i lost a lot of weight.I'm 6'4 155lb skinny as s***.Been going gym for about 6 months now and I'm really muscular but i cant seem to gain weight easy.Any1 got any tips?
I have the same struggle brother. When i first started in 2015, i was 6’5 160 - now I’m 205 but it’s just cuz I’ve gained so much muscle over the years. I’m trying to get to 215 but no matter how much i eat i can’t get up there. I’ve tried cutting out cardio but still can’t get that extra 10 lbs.
What do you all do for cardio?
Like i play ball when the weather is good like 4 times a week for 3-5 hours, and i been during this s*** weather, just doing some intervall sprinting/joking and running on a traidmill, also some skip rope jumping like 2-3 times a week for like half an hour, after workouts
And now i played ball 1vs1 for 1 h and im dying, im exhausted as f***, this stinks
HIIT on a treadmill if it’s cold out. When it’s warm I’ll run ~2 miles at 75% effort twice a week. And then i hoop in between. Row machine/stair climber goat too

I had a scoliosis fusion and it's impossible for me to lift weights all the time.I did gain 22pounds since the surgery but i can't seem to go up more.Hopefully with regular lifting and regularly going gym I'll bulk?i guess hahaha
If we doin this I'm gon need 2 know ur bench squat and deadlift sir.

Yeahh. Only cuz my main goal is cutting fat so I’m trynna split it where my body can adjust but If I add muscle weight I’m not mad at all lol so I’m keepin wit strength training

Lost 40 and it’s not even 3rd month till feb 5th. It’s possible just need dedication so find that and you’re good. With it there is no excuse

if you wanna cut what is a good way to do it do less weight and higher reps? like for exmaple i do 85 pound dumbells should i do 75 pounds instead? and then go lower?

It’s common to slow down but if it does don’t eat less (especially if ur already eating less than 1500 Cal). Tbh any plateau I had I ate more and did strength training before getting back into Cardio and that helped but I assume it’s not the same for all bodies

I just do intense cardio before weight training and use less time in between sets to keep my heart rate up, some weeks I'll go heavy aim for 8-10 reps, some weeks I switch and aim for 14 reps and a low weight
