For my leg days, I kinda removed calf raises and replaced it with Jump roping, much better for the calves and it's a great compound exercises. Gon do calf raises only between squat sets

I feel you tho, started lifting beginning of sophomore year of HS but stopped lifting shortly after and I'm kinda jealous of seeing some of my peers being shredded at my age (I'm 20). Started getting back on the grind the past week however, avoiding the dreaded dad bod is one of my biggest motivations lol

Heard that once you get the dad bad after a certain age it gets very tough to reverse it, but that shouldn't discourage people from getting into a better shape however, requires discipline and hard work as usual.

Because as you get older you don’t produce as much testosterone to build muscle also your metabolism slows down so take advantage of it while you’re young.
