Seen this dude that dwarfed me. I want big legs. Gonna wake up early tomorrow, start getting into routine

Wanted to say not aesthetic but I'm mirin

He was like 205 lbs there (natty imo). Insane aesthetics. Proportions are GOATED

Def not natty there. But 205 with those proportions are nuts

It’s hard to believe and for anyone else I wouldn’t believe it but this is the greatest bodybuilder ever. Also 2 yrs after this pic when he reportedly starting taking roids he came back with 60+ lbs of STAGE weight and then added 10ish eachyear after that. Adding that much contractile tissue so quickly is what makes me believe it’s possible he was natty here. But you never know maybe he was on super light dosage and cranked it up but that just seems unlikely to be able to gain THAT much from just cranking up doses.
Anyone managed to get fit and look decent without lifting weights?
If yes, what exactly do you do?

imo early 90s Ronnie Coleman is his most aesthetic and best physique.
meanwhile olympia Ronnie was just on another plane, dude was truly a 1 in a billion

this guy's vids have been inspiring me to really focus on my squat lately, squats are easily my worst lift of the main compounds and I hate them
even more crazy how he looks DYEL but squats 4.5 plates, and benches 2 plates easy

Yea early 90s is his most aesthetic for sure. What anyone, outside of an IFBB pro, would wanna look like/find appealing. But from a BB perspective him at 98-03 is just the greatest physique of all time. We’ll prolly never see anything like that in our lifetime

absolutely, I'll see pics of Jay or Markus Ruhl or something and think of how insane their physiques were, but then I see a pic of Ronnie and they just don't compare.

Yeah Marcus Ruhl prolly had the most mass but f*** Ronnies freak factor and conditioning to go with it is just unmatched.

I don't need to lose weight at all
I need to put on muscle without using heavy weights or exercises that are too hard on the body (e.g. pullups)

Not gonna happen then. Especially as a natural youre gonna need progressive overload with weights.

Thats not true at all lol and you can achieve progressive overload without upping your weights

I always appreciate a second opinion from someone who knows his s***

dude you need to incorporate strength training, you can only progressive overload so much until your muscles are use to the weight

Yeah good luck. It’s significantly easier to induce significant stress on your muscles through weights. Of course body weight movements will build muscle but typically no where near what weights will do. The stress to fatigue/effort ratio isn’t even comparable.
