Not really trying to get extra muscular basically just trying to be more healthy and have a better body

do you have access to a gym? if so, the biggest thing if you just want to be a bit healthier is cardio and weight training.
you'd probably want to build some muscle (you're not going to get overly muscular so don't worry) the basics of it would be to eat a small caloric surplus (eating more calories than you burn) also, most girls i know train lower body a lot more than upper body so getting on a good training split that optimises your goals is probably the best

Gyms are kinda complicated with covid I think and I know my dad has a lot of fitness tools so I think I can workout at home, thars really helpful and interesting! Thanks for all that and I'll think about that if I have any questions
physique right before lockdown in sydney. i'm probably 2-3 kg lighter now than i am in this picture. want to fill out my chest even more once gyms open up and get a bit leaner

omg cardio cardio. elliptical was great to build stamina and then i switched to treadmill fast walking/running. the fat will melt off <3. and weights >>> literally god sent they made my upper body smaller

Only thing that annoys me is when they s*** on people for working out tbh. Lmao I got no issues with them if they’re happy with themselves but pls don’t hate on us who enjoy working out because it has become a part of our lives. They assume we do it simply for the aesthetics but I do it for my mental tbh.
