    been stalling / not seeing real fast progress - noticed in my form when i get up that heavy my knees start caving in
    watched a couple vids on it - seems like my hip flexors are doing the work instead of my quads
    gonna deload a bit and try and work on mind muscle connection

    Itll tell how much calories is right for u and then add 500-600

    this is actually incorrect advice, @Thekidback is trying to cut so it would be a decrease of 500. if he was bulking then it would be an increase of 500

    Eat more healthy fats. Will help. Or if worst comes to worst, get some frozen stuff which won’t be as bad as the takeaway stuff. I always keep some tenders or wings around because of this lol
