I always read to maintain the same dose
So if you take 5g on training days, take 5g on off days too. So basically every day keep it the same for best results with it

Do you know the total grams your taking by any chance?
I just know the standard is 5g daily, any more you’ll just piss out but any less then you’re not reaching fullest muscle saturation
