Tried gaining at 2800,2900,3000, didn't work
Currently at 150lbs

I been doing one leg glute bridges as part of my PT. They hard as hell tbh. Same movement as what you're talking about i think. And regarding that other guys posture they might have helped his apt (anterior pelvic tilt) like they did for me ages ago. A lotta ppl have a problem with it. It's basically thot posture where u stick ya ass out and your low back is arched. Stretching your hip flexors and strengthening your abs and glutes the way to fix it.

I had minor APT so strengthening core and glutes helped me to basically "tuck" my ass in

Ab wheel maybe. Other stuff would be more recovery based like a foam roller and lacrosse ball to hit some deep massage on your glutes, quads, calves, chest, and back.
