Oh yea it's undeniably super healthy to put your body under some type of physical stress be it lifting or some class like yoga or stuff like running, swimming, climbing, etc. the list goes on and they're all great.
Good for the mind, body, and heart. It's simply irresponsible to not physically challenge your body in some way on a regular basis. She gonna pay for it when she older that's forsure.

I mean any type of exercise does this. I understand most males desire to have that body and so they gravitate to lifting heavy weights, getting big, etc. but at the end of the day if we talking the chemical benefits then any exercise is good. F***in walking is good as hell even lol.

It's going well. Feels a bit slow but I'm just coming up on 16 weeks so for that time frame I'm kinda killing it I guess.
I actually have a follow up with the surgeon who did my knee in a couple hours. Might be the last post-surgery appt with him but I'm not sure.
Just a few inches away from my full ROM in knee flexion but still a ways to go before I start getting my strength back throughout. I cannot WAIT to do atg squats again. And DEADS man I miss deadlifts lol.
But I've been going hard in PT and riding my bicycle more. Even took a yoga class last night which went well. My wrist is taking its sweet time to heal fully, still can't do a plank position but I make do with knuckle pushups and I can luckily do OHP with my dumbbells with no wrist pain.
I'm thinkin that on July 2nd imma get a gym membership since that marks the second half of the year. See how much progress I can make in the last 183 days.

Lmfaooo thanks for the compliment. Yeah I'm just doing my best to balance pushing myself with rest/recovery. Last thing I wanna do is set myself back at all. This week in my habit/task tracker/journal my header is B A L A N C E just to keep it in mind as much as possible lol
