    struggling with this bulk

    I realized that I eat like I'm on a diet...

    high protein breakfast/IF and one other meal...

    trying to fill in the gaps with greek yogurt but I just don't have the appetite.

    Hit legs. Mini cut done today

    F*** extending it!!!!!

    That’s always tempting when it’s so short and you’ve made hella progress. Another couple days ain’t gonna do nothing but fatigue me. Gotta know when to call it.

    Was doing weighted lunges and squats and I guess my form was horrendous. My left knee hurts like a mf when I flex it

    yea using less weight but better contraction and cleaner form leads to gains!

    Been on a deficit and not really shedding a lot of weight

    I have been lifting for a long time but I completely cut junk and been eating barely 2500 cals if that. Maybe it's cause I don't enough steady state cardio.

    Don’t hit legs too hard bro if your legs are already good, it’s not aesthetic. Zyzz said once you get a good base, just doing 3 sets of squats at 225 for 10 reps is all you need

    I do before, about 30-35 minutes. I just do 15 incline walking at 4-4.5mph until I’ve burned 300+ calories then cool down for like 5 mins

    Gonna stop being lazy and start doing it more, cant be bothered sometimes when im done work and have so much time left in the day just wanna do my lifts nd be done

    need to get to the point where I can paralyze a man with one kick
