some days i would eat breakfast at around 12 and then dinner around 6 then a snack around 10 11
might be wrong but i think what i am doing is calorie deficient so in the morning i eat egg whites, a lot of fruit oatmeal, greek yogurt so i dont think there is alot of calories here only thing that it could be is the oatmeal at lunch i eat chicken, a half a bowl of rice] i eat breakfast around 11am and lunch at around 230-3 then dinner around 7-730 again half a bowl if rice then w.e protein i am eating fish meat etc?
would you guys consider this to be calorie deficient ? or a non high calorie intake?

Sounds relatively low but it's hard to say. I promise tracking your food for a week is not that hard and it'll better enable you to eyeball your calories with higher accuracy going forward.

tbh i eat the same pretty much every day the same foods the same way, so i dont think i really need to count carbs i think i am good when it comes to calorie deficiency

MyFitnessPal generally what most ppl use. If u have a fitbit there's a tracking feature in that app. I also heard ppl use one called Cronometer. But most ppl use MFP

i eat veggies As well to, also mostly workout two hours since everything i am doing from home
