ya since working out from home of course there's no squat rack so i do front squats i still feel it also i added a 30 pound dumbbell to my napsack for more weight

USE TO DO like 10 mins on 7 i think i was done did that on heavy dead lift days to i felt it for like 3 days

Crazy, I’m a mesomorph and am 30 lbs over my ideal weight. Skinny fat rn. More fat than skinny. However, just a few days of working out, I’m already seeing gains. This is very encouraging!

Had PT at 7:30 this morning. Now it 9am and I'm at work just gassed out. Knee throbbing a little bit. Cant wait til I can get past the recovery stage and just move to the workout stage.
Think my pt had me do a bit too much lowkey my knee is hurting worse than it has in awhile lowkey. Stupid high ass pain tolerance.
