    WORKING OUT ANY HOUR YOU LIKE IS THE BEST, I USE TO HAVE A 24 HOUR MEMBERSHIP BUT SINCE THE VIRUS THEY CHANGED ALL CLUB HOURS SO THEY ARE LITERALLY ONLY OPEN LIKE 8 HOURS. F***IN CHANGE YOUR NAME TO 8 HOUR FITNESS. I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP AND JOINED A SMALLER PRIVATELY OWENED GYM. I NEED TO BE ABLE TO HIT IT AT ANY WEIRD HOURS I WANT

    so someone explain to me this if you lift heavy your rst period should be 3-5 mins max?

    if your doing hypertrophy and say your doing 12 reps etc your rest period should be 2 mins?

    if you’re really getting into it, a match of tennis or game of pickup can be just as good cardio as if you’d spent the entire time running tbh
