2hrs is the absoulute max a workout should take, 45-90mins is the ball park most people work in. I don't know of any lifter that trains strength that's taking more than 2-5 mins between sets and the guys taking 4-5mins rest intervals are crushing 200-300lbs on their lifts. That 7-10min range is for guys at like 400lbs or more on their lifts
New to this s***, forearms more sore than biceps the day after biceps curls. Am I doing this s*** completely wrong? I checked my form according to multiple videos and I don't think I'm way off as the symptoms might suggest
Is it normal for forearms to be engaged during a bicep curl?

might be your hand positioning which is engaging the forearm

Like standing rows with the bar by itself to focus on the lats and traps?

just warm up your lats in general
it will help you get into a better position

This looks intriguing, also helps with warming up the core/legs which are important stabilizers
