how long does it take for you guys to workout at home? i sometimes push about 3 hours to really feel it im using about to 55 pounds, also since doing this from home an only using that amount i have toned so much since i left the gym about a year go since all this bs started i might continue to do this when i go back to the gym
I workout 4 days a week, anything from 40mins to just over and hour at most. What are you doing that each workout is taking you 3hrs? lol

50mins -1h45 is an average workout....thats including if you do cardo before/after

but yeah working out at home your limited to what you have an can use mind you im only using up to 52 adjustable weights i dont always push 3 hrs sometimes 2 at max

nah, as in with mates. pretty much all of my mates lift now and i don't really like lifting with them because it's become more of a social thing. i can't get s*** down if they're at the gym at the same time as i am.

I feel you, even going on lifting sessions with my friends like I don't really work as hard and we waste so much time chatting lol. That's how going alone will make you push yourself harder imo

went to a gym like this lol you do get less down but also learned a few things
so working out at home i had these resit bands with handles on them i was doing like cable fly's with with them and the snapped because there so easy to break lol so now i bought these ptp ones so lets see what they do today for chest also do you guys use a lot of resit bands for training ?

I'm nowhere near your size but I noticed a lot of juiced dudes are in big box corporate gyms.
I switched to a smaller local gym and I don't see anyone that looks out of the ordinary
