    also iv been told by the v shread guy he said to do hiit work with a good ab routine you can get ripped abs an shredded as long as you do the hiit with box jumping and rope work this true ?

    lol i started doing box jumping at home as part of the hiit training i was saying that v shred guy was saying to do 3x a week 15 mins at least per week its good, any suggestions on what is a good substitute on doing like rope whipping you would see ppl do at the gym
