    I’ve been bulking since July and I’ve hit that point where I’m just so tired of eating/hitting my surplus. I literally have no appetite. I’m not hungry at any point in the day, does anybody have any tips to help build an appetite back and actually want to eat my meals?

    This been me since the beginning of December. Lost like 5 pounds bc I have absolutely no appetite. Literally gotta force feed myself to even hit 2000 calories

    Add more salt to your food, it helps build appetite

    Not so ideal tip:
    More liquid calories through protein shakes, olive oil, etc

    Bulking is hard work tbh. All that cooking and eating lmao. It takes so much time

    Best way is to get a DEXA scan

    Best way at home might be the calipers method - havent done it myself but I know ppl who do

    There are also some scales that have the ability but they aren’t that accreate

    Yeah man it’s the struggle. Esp when you gotta keep upping the calories to keep gaining and your metabolism is ramped up

    I’ve increased cals countless times I’m just so tired lol

    Bro no lie cutting weight effortless for me. It’s the default my body don’t wanna be big but I’ve managed to put on 25lbs since July and I’m still under 20% bf

    It’s such a battle to gain

    My at home scale told me I was 15% and I knew that couldnt be true, my real number was 21%.

    Almost started bulking lmao

    doesnt stretching pre workout increases the chances of injury?

    You want to start with dynamic stretching then during warm ups, you can do static stretching
