    have not done this since last year when i was squatting 3 plates gj but do you get like a lump in the back from doing it? i had it for the longest time when i was always squatting heavy then it went away after when i stopped going to the gym ? a therapist told me it could of been a disk misplaced from my spine

    lower back gets sore but that's bout it

  • Had to stop my RDLs early cause of some weird ass pain in my hamstring that kept increasing and also my leg curls cause of knee pain man the f*** I’m not even near any hazardous weight levels
