It’s all good G that’s doable
One thing this bulk taught me is that the strength ceiling is p high & u can just keep going up
Do any of you guys run? Currently im running at 7:15 minute mile pace down from 8:30 when I started back in mid september. Hoping to break into 6 minute territory by spring
need to get 90 adjustable weights since we dont know when gyms will be open in canada, where is good to look?
Yo, i’m pretty weak tbh. Don’t exercise much. I’m trying to go down 22 pounds, but i also want to build muscle at the same time. I probably have 0 muscle so it should be doable? Won’t lose much muscle if i don’t have any to begin with right? Can only go up from here? 2nd thing is i’m not good at doing exercises with good form so i’m scared of doing some of them because i might f*** up and hirt myself ( back exercises ). How can i achieve my goals?

So, if you want appreciable results you need full dedication. And tons of research on how to lift properly. Start off light to learn proper form, then add weight.
Here's a nice strength training program with some bodybuilding elements as well
The program
Workout A
Low bar Squat 3x5
Bench press 3x5
Pendlay row 3x8
Reverse flies 3x10
Calf raises 2x15
Barbell tricep extensions 3x10
Workout B
Front Squat 3x5
Overhead Press 3x5
Romanian Deadlift 3x5
Bent over barbell row 3x8
Hanging leg raises 3x15 (go to a dip machine and put your back against it)
Barbell Curls 3x10
Diet
Plug in the numbers for your TDE calculator, If you're already overweight, I suggest going for the mild weight gain plug in or even the maintain weight plugin.
If you select weight loss you honestly will probably stall and get no results.

If you have a hard time eating enough, I recommend mass gainer. GNC 1340 is excellent! Also protein powder is a good idea as well. Premier protein powder is sold in many department stores
Trust me it's easier to drink two shakes than it is to eat 10 eggs. And easier to drink 240g of carbs than it is to chew it.
Look at your macros and cook food accordingly.
The lifts
I recommend looking at Allan Thrall on all of the compound lifts. Trust me, you need to see proper form. So bench, squat, Romanian deadlift, overhead press look him up.
Either you're all in or it's a bust imo.

So far the only thing i’ve done is push ups and sit ups. Push ups i can do about 3-4 but idek if my form is good. Feel like s*** for being this weak.
I’ve been trying to hit these goals for a couple years now but always half ass it, but this time i’m giving it 100% i’m tired of being this much of a loser.
I don’t have access to a gym rn ( maybe in a couple months when it’s safer to go out ) so the exercises i can do are limited. I have two dumbbells, and a barbell. Don’t know if i’ll be able to do all the exercises with just these.
I know absolutely nothing about nutrition so i’m going to spend today just researching everything about it. Would be really grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction.
I’m not obese but have some body fat around my legs and stomach, really wanna get rid of that. Thanks for the resources. Btw what’s rpe?

The stimmy is coming
So you can buy a rogue SML 1 for $254 if you get the stimulus or if you're an American. That's with a bench and spotter arms plus shipping and taxes.
