    if you hopped on gear rn you would be daunting af mane hulk mode

    Those kind of massive physique are not aesthetic nor sustainable tbh

    Even when I posted a progress slideshow on my snap everyone said I looked like s*** now

    But those strength gains

    Plus I think everyone should try & push the envelope atleast once to see how ur body can transform.

    I feel that. Your friends just jelly dawg I reckon if you asked a Women who she'd feel safer with in those pics she'd pick your current build. Safety an attractiveness that don't really be getting discussed

    At your current build you're at your pinnacle of strength, if you cut you'll loose strength.

    Most strongmen have your build tbh. Alan Thrall and Omar both got weaker when they cut

    ya thats obv ill probbably lose a whole plate off of my three main lifts once i trim down

    but i'd be happy if i can maintain 315/380/440 for 5 for my three main lifts at like 85-87 kg tbh

    Yo, anyone uses a FitBit or some other calories tracker to measure calories burned in the gym? I'm thinking about copping one but don't know how accurate they are when it comes to strength training and not just cardio

    last 10-15 pounds of a cut are the f***ing hardest
    data says otherwise thankfully but mentally i feel like i’ve been stuck for the past month

    Almost finished building my home gym. Just got my tricep rope in the mail with some 2.5 and 5 lb weights. Almost 6 months no gym, I'm start off with starting strength for 5 months before going into a specific program
