At your current build you're at your pinnacle of strength, if you cut you'll loose strength.
Most strongmen have your build tbh. Alan Thrall and Omar both got weaker when they cut

ya thats obv ill probbably lose a whole plate off of my three main lifts once i trim down
but i'd be happy if i can maintain 315/380/440 for 5 for my three main lifts at like 85-87 kg tbh

Yo, anyone uses a FitBit or some other calories tracker to measure calories burned in the gym? I'm thinking about copping one but don't know how accurate they are when it comes to strength training and not just cardio

Almost finished building my home gym. Just got my tricep rope in the mail with some 2.5 and 5 lb weights. Almost 6 months no gym, I'm start off with starting strength for 5 months before going into a specific program
So basically if I go to one life fitness and If i can't get in at 6:45am I'm signing up to another gym
I overestimated how many bench press reps I could do before getting fatigued so my ohp was complete ass today
