    so i do abs at the start of every workout, usually just a 10 minute all out go at them

    pretty much everything hanging, only exercises I’ll do on my back are dead bugs. look those up if you’ve never done them. lots of leg raises, knee raises, etc

    interesting let me ask anytime i do like lower back workouts if i set for a long period of time example like if im in the car i always got to move my leg out words to crack the hip/lower back muscle what can be doing this?could it be stiff? from sitting also i stretch before n after

    yeah you’re definitely stiff, i get the same way after sitting all day at my desk. i get up and do this a few times a day and it helps:

    Do you actively target obliques or just hit them with the hang exercises?

    I target them by doing leg raises to the side. I also do a lot of side bends, holding a plate on one side, as well as side planks

    It seems like we’re on very similar paths too im around the same weight rn with arms like 17.75. I was thinking of a 240’bulk but I feel as if it’s gonna be impossible regardless I feel like I want this to be my last bull I do for a long ass time, Lol
