so i do abs at the start of every workout, usually just a 10 minute all out go at them

I target them by doing leg raises to the side. I also do a lot of side bends, holding a plate on one side, as well as side planks

im around the same weight rn with arms like 17.75. I was thinking of a 240’bulk but I feel as if it’s gonna be impossible
